SOME SIMPLE WORKS FOR SEX AND LOVE
Sexual Attraction Lamp
Nothing says attraction and love to me like oranges. They work in hoodoo and they work in feng shui, so that’s all good for me.
Here’s a simple little work to begin on a Friday morning before an evening out Friday or Saturday night. Begin by taking a shower and a spiritual bath. (A Black Cat Curios’ bathing preparation would be ideal for that spiritual bath. Try using Van Van or 7-Herb Love Bath Crystals.) Once situated, gather your ingredients.
You will need:
- One large and lovely orange (draws lovers and enhances attractiveness)
- A pinch of Licorice Root (attracts a new lover and controls lovers new and old)
- A pinch of Coriander Seed (encourages passionate encounters)
- A pinch of Couch Grass (attracts a new lover and makes them focus on your needs)
- A pinch of Cinnamon (attracts and intensifies feelings)
- A pinch of Powdered Ginger (heats things up, brings luck, creates intensity)
- A pinch of Sugar (sweetens people and situations to your advantage)
- One of your pubic hairs
- Olive Oil (an all-purpose blessing oil base)
- A spoon
On Friday morning, cut the orange in half. Take one half and use the spoon to dig out the fruit while being careful to leave the little pulpy part in the middle. Eat the fruit. Set the hollowed-out peel aside to dry.
In a bowl, combine the herbal ingredients with the olive oil (leave the sugar out). Tell each of the herbal ingredients and the olive oil what it is you would like for them to do in the work. Place the bowl in a window where sunlight can hit it. (This will heat the mixture and help the ingredients to combine essences.)
Return to the work in the evening after you have taken a shower.
Again, take up your orange half and place a pinch of sugar in it with instructions to the sugar that it sweeten the way for your sexual desires. Place your pubic hair in there as well. Pour the oil mixture into the orange half, leaving a 1/4 inch of the pulpy nub sticking above the oil. Pray over the orange lamp and tell it you want it to help you draw passionate, satisfying, and safe sexual encounters. Breath this petition into the orange lamp as you say the words.
Dip your finger in the oil mixture and apply a bit to your pulse points, pubic region, thighs, and the bottoms of your feet and the shoes you are going to wear. (Not too much, you don’t want to be sliding around.)
Light the pulpy nub and set it aside in a safe area so that it burns while you are getting ready for your date. Extinguish with your two wet fingers before going out, and enjoy the fun that follows!
Love Drawing Lamps
This work is basically a moving candle spell using the two hollowed-out sides of the same orange. Prepare the oil the same way, but with different or additional ingredients. Prepare and place the two lamps about a foot and a half apart, petition and move them closer to each other each day. Refill the oil as-needed. No need to extinguish. Again, start on a Friday morning.

- Dill Leaf
- Lovage
- Rosemary
- Chamomile
Really so many from which to choose. Of course, go with what appeals to you!
